ABOUT
Lower Silesia is one of the most versatile filming regions in Poland, offering an exceptional range of visual styles within a single area. Its identity is built on contrast, where industrial spaces, historic architecture, and natural landscapes coexist.
The region’s layered history is reflected in its locations, allowing it to double for various European settings, including cities like Berlin or Copenhagen. It is a region where scale and authenticity create strong cinematic value across genres.
02
LOCATIONS
Lower Silesia provides a wide spectrum of locations, from post-industrial sites and modern urban spaces to castles, palaces, and historic towns. The region is also rich in natural landscapes, including the Sudetes mountains, forests, valleys, and rivers. Many locations retain a high level of authenticity, reducing the need for set construction. The diversity and proximity of locations allow for efficient shooting and easy adaptation to different narrative worlds, from period dramas to fantasy and contemporary stories.
