ABOUT
Mazovia, with Warsaw at its centre, is the core of the Polish audiovisual industry and the country’s primary production hub. As the capital, Warsaw brings together key institutions, major media companies, and the largest concentration of production companies in Poland.
The region functions as a natural film cluster, combining infrastructure, talent, and industry networks. It is a place where creative energy meets strong business and production capabilities.

LOCATIONS
Warsaw offers a wide range of urban locations, from modern architecture and business districts to reconstructed historical areas and residential neighbourhoods. The city’s diverse urban fabric allows it to double for various international settings. Beyond Warsaw, Mazovia includes open landscapes, smaller towns, and rural areas that complement the metropolitan environment. The combination of large-scale city locations and accessible surrounding areas provides flexibility for a wide range of productions.

Production Support
Mazovia Warsaw Film Commission supports productions with access to locations, permits, and coordination with public institutions. The region offers one of the most developed production ecosystems in Central Europe, including high-end studios, sound stages, virtual production facilities, and postproduction houses. The region operates the biggest regional film fund in Poland – Mazovia Warsaw Film Fund. Productions supported in the region include A Real Pain (2024), Home Sweet Home (2025), The Altar Boys (2025), Letters From Wolf Street (2025), Chopin, Chopin! (2025), Brother (2025), Pianoforte (2023), Green Border (2023) and The Peasants (2023). The concentration of resources, talent, and infrastructure makes Mazovia the most comprehensive production base in Poland.
